Great share. Love your way of expression!

This is really articulate, practical, and warm. I learned a couple of years ago to pay attention to the sensations in my body when I am anxious. Anxiety, especially trauma-related, can also affect your range of vision as well as other aspects of your eyesight. This is truly amazing!

I long to delve deeper into these effects and find ways to truly reduce stress responses.

Wonderful insight, too, about how the body can start to depend upon "dirty fuel."

Thank you for your writing!

Such an important discussion! I try to mention some of these aspects during my relaxation & mobility sessions with my fitness classes, especially the breathing of course. also the ‘dirty fuel’ concept expressed as mindset ie being good to yourself and not punishing yourself with regard to nutrition and ‘missing a workout’ and can be explored further to knowing when to push yourself to complete a movement and when to honour your current range of mobility and weight. Dropping the jaw and closing the eyes is a tip to help us relieve tension; I believe I will mention boundaries to my clients this morning! Thank you indeed 🙏
